Training is an important part of the service provided by Relay London Jobs both for job brokers and job seekers. 

If you are a jobseeker and interested in the training detailed below, then you will need to register with one of our members which you will find on our Job Brokerages page. If you are a job broker you will need to sign up as a Relay member before you can register the names of you or your colleagues.

Training for Job Brokers

Our training programme for job brokers aims to support Relay members in the following ways:

• Better equip you to recruit to our vacancies
• Up skill your frontline staff
• Provide nationally recognised accredited training
• Share best practice with other members
• Assist you to meet your targets

Training for Jobseekers

Our training programme for job seekers provides candidates with essential skills to secure jobs on the Olympic Park site and other construction sites. They include short courses specifically tailored to meet the modern skills needs of employers and are all fully funded - so free for those attending. By completing these courses, jobseekers are given an increased chance of securing employment as the course provider also works to ensure they have a progression route into employment.
