This workshop was recently held twice as it was so popular with Relay members. 46 job brokers in total attended and learned about the current legislation that covers the rehabilitation of offenders into the workplace. Talks were given by a criminal barrister, ex-offenders and job brokers who specialise with working with current and ex-offenders including from Safer London Foundation. The workshops also covered the role of the probation service and how to represent ex-offenders to potential employers. There was also representation from an ex-offender who is currently serving time but has set up her own recruitment company called All4Recruitment.
